The Women Empowerment Cell is established at GCE Salem. This aims to empower female
students and faculty, enhance their understanding of issues related to women, and ensure the
campus is safe place for girls and women.
The cell focuses on creating awareness about women’s rights and duties and provides a
platform for sharing their experiences and views regarding their status in society. The cell
promotes women’s empowerment through awareness programs, seminars and other welfare
activities.
